Corporate History

The O'Donnell Group was established as an electronics manufacturers representative in 1963 with territory coverage in the states of California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico. When the founder, Tim O'Donnell, retired the group was split into three separate entities. O'Donnell South, covering all of Southern California, is one of these original three.

The current management structure has been solidly in place since 1993. O'Donnell South is an employee owned company assuring a stable atmosphere and an enthusiastic, professional approach to business. An employee owned business also guarantees that a succession plan is in place, ensuring excellent service to both our customers and principals for many years to come.

For over 40 years we have established long term relationships with our customers, distributors, principals, and employees. We look forward to continuing our partnerships well into the future.
